Badri N. Kaul
He
held the first formally established
Chair (Distance Education) in
India at IGNOU. He served there
as Director, Distance Education
Division, School of Education
and School of Continuing Education.
He was also the founder Executive
Director of STRIDE. He then
served as the Pro-Vice Chancellor
in–charge of research
and training. He is an internationally
renowned consultant of Commonwealth
of Learning.

Lalita Ramdas
She
has done pioneering work in
the field of development and
non-formal education. She has
also worked on a programme of
education for Women’s
Empowerment. She is the former
President of International Council
for Adult Education, Toronto.
Dr.
H.N. Saiyed
He
has been a member of Expert
Committee Groups of various
Ministries of India related
to Occupational & Environmental
Health. He was also a member
of Expert Committee at International
Agencies like WHO. He is a Governing
body member of various Research
Institutes and Health Foundations.

is the former director of TISS,
Mumbai and the past President
of Association of Schools of
Social Work in India. He has
also been the Head of School
of Social Work at Delhi University.

voluntary sector both in India
and at global level. He is a
renowned authority of Participatory
Research through his research
and practice.
